Comprehensive Refund Policy For Establishments On Nodengo.com

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, a refund will not be available.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

If you request for refund is made during the scheduled purchased period for the days already used
If you would like to cancel a subscription but failed to request refund prior to the renewal subscription date.

Once your request for refund is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t seen your refund yet, start by checking your bank account once more. Reach out to your credit card issuer, as it can take a while for refunds to appear officially. If necessary, then get in touch with your bank. Refunds usually require some processing time before they are reflected in your account.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Refund policy and Cancellation of account

If you request for your listing to be refunded, your published listing will be suspended and/ or cancelled.

Alternatively we offer the following options

You wish to downgrade your listing to a Basic free listing / All added features will be removed
You wish to cancel / You need to contact us with the request for cancellation

Please do note that all request for account cancellation will result in all the information about your establishment and your page on Nodengo.com will be erased and no longer available.
