Le Bistrot de Charlotte
In the heart of the city for over a decade, Bistrot de Charlotte welcomes you!
Sharp knives and boiling brains, this season we set out to rediscover our good local, Geneva and Swiss products.
Products which highlight our artisanal know-how,this is the bet of the Bistrot de Charlotte, which gives pride of place to local and Swiss products, and in which each recipe is concocted with generosity and gluttony by our chef Kevin Bedin, behind our stove for 5 years now.
This season, we are putting the spotlight on products from the Halle de Rive, a true Geneva institution.
The traditional “Jacky Bulla” butcher’s shop will show you its Simenthal meats, raised exclusively in the foothills of the Swiss Jura. As for our cheeses, they come from “Bruand”, specializing in fresh and artisanal products from small producers.
And to end your meal on a sweet note without feeling guilty, our Chef has revisited some of his classics this season in a light form.
