Beyeler Restaurant im Park

The “Beyeler Restaurant in the Park” of the Fondation Beyeler under a new name. The Spanish design studio Casa Muñoz designed the guest rooms of the Berower Villa with restaurant and fireplace room in such a way that an exciting dialogue unfolds between the historical character of the house and the contemporary interior design. The culinary concept was also revised under the new management of Helen Dienel.

The restaurant’s cuisine draws on the richness of its surroundings. The menu card gives guests the opportunity to discover old and new favorite dishes. A large selection of cakes is available with coffee, which will in future be prepared in barista quality. The wine list is based on the area, but also offers a good selection of wines from the regions of the rest of Europe.
