For your establishment, we offer an alternative and new way to get your restaurant promoted
As a restaurant operator you know how difficult it is to have guest place “accurate” comments on the net.
You try to attract tourists and offer “local cuisine” and regional specialties that you have mastered, but unfortunately your restaurant was poorly reviewed because someone foreign to the region’s tradition and culinary specialties did not understand it or appreciated it.
How about getting reviewed by a “local” Editor, they live in your city/region, they understand the cuisine and know how a local dish looks like, taste like, and should be presented.
That does not a guarantee of a good “review”, but we think it would be more accurate than leaving it up to “casual food critics”, and will give a true description of your restaurant, we are not saying it will be to everyone’s taste, just that the review will be more in tune with what you propose.
