FAQ – About Nodengo.com
Nodengo.com ( Know->Then->Go) is the alternative to all the pseudo “comments” and “reviews” sites, which from our point of view do not describe fully an establishment, reviews are often unprofessional and lack objectivity.
We are a gathering of local hospitality professionals, living in your neighborhood and can “professionally” tell the world about your establishment.
We have set out to be the number one place for destination information worldwide, by providing unbiased, professional and accurate reviews about local establishments provided by local Editors.
Our mission is to right this wrong by offering hospitality providers an alternate way of getting their establishment known to the general public.
OTA’s and travel sites do offer their clients to review the establishment they have visited, certain even offer to have their clients become “reviewers” by offering monetary compensation while staying at a hotel.
These “pseudo” reviews are completed by individuals lacking the knowledge and insight that comes with working in the hospitality industry, we want to offer an alternative to these “amateurish” reviews, we are professional, we do the same thing you do.
We know what must be done, what has to be done, and what should not be done
We offer everyone the opportunity to be listed on Nodengo.com, there are nonetheless some restrictions, we are not reaching for “thousands of sites” to be listed on Nondengo.com, nor are we interested in simply adding your establishment, as others do.
We are selective on whom can be listed on Nodengo.com and follow, amongst others the following criteria.
– Your site must be relevant to the tourism industry, if you have a car repair shop, then you probably don’t need to be listed here.
– You need to be listed within the city and or region. It would be counterproductive to have you listed for another continent.
– Basic listing is FREE
– Enhance listing with additional features such as (more photos, website link, etc) is available

FAQ – About our Review system
As you know there are thousands of reviews available on the internet and the number is increasing expansionary. While these reviews give somehow an idea of an establishment, they do not, in our view, represent fully what these establishments offer.
We do believe that there is a need and an opportunity to provide unbiased and accurate information to travelers. Nowadays everyone seems to feel they are qualified to give advice on the service and hospitality industry, these “comments” very often lack objectivity and basic knowledge of the industry.
Concurrently, while it seems every travel site has “comments and reviews”, it would be foolish to think they are more interested in the quality of the”reviews” than the traffic on their site

To get reviewed, you need to contact us via the review request or the review request may be received by an individual, a company or even one of our Editors.
Once your request has been received and approved, one of our Local Editor will visit and experience what your establishment has to offer.
Once their review completed, they will identify themselves as a “Nodengo Editor” thus indicating that your establishment has been visited and that the review has been completed.
The review documents will then be checked by our administrative staff for accuracy and contents and then prominently published on our site.
What about if I don’t get a good review ?
As mentioned before, we are not interested in the “numbers” and do not believe an establishment should be listed regardless of their service or offers, if your establishment failed our inspection, we will simply not publish the review.
Can a traveler post a review of my establishment on Nondeogo.com ? NO …… that is not what we are all about.
