The NHM Geneva is the largest natural history museum in Switzerland. Spread over four floors, it’s collections present the fascinating world of animals and minerals.

The museum manages, showcase and protect its collections, which are genuine archives of biodiversity. It is also a center for scientific research, conducting inventories of fauna, taxonomy and systematic works which are essential to identifying the means of protecting our natural heritage.

The museum also shares knowledge and makes the public aware of the significance of natural heritage and its protection.
