The Walliser-Keller
The Walliser Keller. The Walliser Keller treats its guests to original cheese fondue in all kinds of variations, as well as other specialities from Switzerland.
Experience a cheese spectacle “Probably the best cheese fondue in town.”
Enjoy a fine racelette or the original cheese fondue – according to the Valaisian taste – in eight different variations. Below you will also find a vegan version of the cheesy spectacle. Our fondues can also be enjoyed by people with gluten and lactose intolerance.
Of course, the classics are not missing on our menu either: Zurich bratwurst with onion sauce, veal cordon bleu with herb fries, veal strips Zurich style with hash browns and vegetarian dishes for vegetable lovers.
