Inglewood

Inglewood was born from a common dream of two brothers: to open a friendly, accessible burger restaurant with local, high quality products, far from fast food.

Maïko Nicolet, then 24-year-old professional snowboarder and Bastien Nicolet, 22-year-old carpenter, left everything to embark on the adventure. The first Inglewood restaurant opened in November 2011 in Plainpalais, downtown Geneva, Switzerland. A family adventure since the brothers share the stoves and the service, while the parents support them behind the scenes.

Today with 5 restaurants, 2 in Geneva, 2 in Lausanne and 1 in Sion

Inglewood remains the family business from its beginnings, with most of the work done by the Nicolets and their loved ones, some of the childhood friends who also make the history of the restaurant. The furniture is made by the younger carpenter, while the decoration is inspired by the passions of the two brothers. The team grew up with young and passionate collaborators. Inglewood employs a hundred people, and works with the best local artisans to offer you quality, tasty and original burgers.
