Events publishing terms and Guidelines:

We reserve the right to decide whether an event is published or not.

To allow adequate time for event promotion, and approval and processing time for our team, please submit your calendar request at least 10 business days before the event. All submissions will be reviewed and approved by the Nodengo Team before they are published on the calendar.

The following is a partial list of the kind of content that is illegal or prohibited to be published in the event section of our site. Nodengo.com reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, in its sole discretion against anyone who violates these provisions, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Service and/or by terminating users ‘subscription.

Not to publish information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous.
Use the Service in a manner consistent with all laws and regulations.

Modification and interruptions:

To the extent permitted by law, Nodengo.com will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the event publishing section on our website.
