Nel cuore della citt\u00e0 da pi\u00f9 di un decennio, il Bistrot de Charlotte vi d\u00e0 il benvenuto!<\/p>\n

Coltelli affilati e cervelli bollenti, questa stagione abbiamo deciso di riscoprire i nostri buoni prodotti locali, ginevrini e svizzeri.<\/p>\n

Prodotti che esaltano il nostro saper fare artigianale, che limitano il nostro impatto in termini di consegna e che raccontano una storia:\nquesta \u00e8 la scommessa del Bistrot de Charlotte, che d\u00e0 il posto d'onore ai prodotti locali e svizzeri, e in cui ogni ricetta \u00e8 elaborata con generosit\u00e0 e golosit\u00e0 dal nostro chef Kevin Bedin, dietro i nostri fornelli da 5 anni.<\/p>\n

Questa stagione puntiamo i riflettori sui prodotti della Halle de Rive, una vera istituzione ginevrina.
\nThe traditional \u201cJacky Bulla\u201d butcher’s shop will show you its Simenthal meats, raised exclusively in the foothills of the Swiss Jura. As for our cheeses, they come from “Bruand”, specializing in fresh and artisanal products from small producers.<\/p>\n

E per concludere il pasto in dolcezza senza sensi di colpa, il nostro Chef ha rivisitato in forma leggera alcuni dei suoi classici di questa stagione.<\/p>\n
