Le Comptoir Canaille<\/h4>\n<\/p>\n

The Comptoir Canaille was born after the Restaurant le Socrate\u2019s success story near Plainpalais.
\nIn the spirit of the Socrate, our cuisine stayed just as \u201ccanaille\u201d (roguish), because it is directly inspired by the French city of Lyon and its famous gastronomy. Here we do not care about trends, and all our dishes are \u201chome-made\u201d and based exclusively on fresh products. <\/p>\n

Recipes are carried out in a very traditional way. All sauces are reduced during hours. We also offer you a great cellar and local bottles. <\/p>\n

As a real aficionado, Nicolas Giraud also created his own wine, the \u201cblanc Basilic\u201c, and his own hamburger, which is now a \u201cmust-have\u201d thanks to its beef cheek and its reduced barbecue-whisky sauce.. <\/p>\n

REAR TERRACE – This restaurant has a very cute terrace and a beautiful and extensive wine list for the disciples of Bacchus, especially Bordeaux at reasonable prices.<\/p>\n
