Au c\u0153ur de la ville depuis plus d\u2019une d\u00e9cennie, le Bistrot de Charlotte vous souhaite la Bienvenue !<\/p>\n

Couteaux aiguis\u00e9s et cervelle bouillante, cette saison nous partons \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte de nos bons produits locaux, genevois et suisses.<\/p>\n

Des produits qui mettent en avant notre savoir-faire artisanal, qui limitent notre impact en terme d\u2019acheminement et qui racontent une histoire : tel est le pari du Bistrot de Charlotte, qui fait la part belle aux produits locaux et suisses, et dans laquelle chaque recette est concoct\u00e9e avec g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 et gourmandise par notre chef Kevin Bedin, derri\u00e8re nos fourneaux depuis d\u00e9sormais 5 ans.<\/p>\n

Cette saison, nous mettons \u00e0 l'honneur les produits de la Halle de Rive, v\u00e9ritable institution genevoise.
\nThe traditional \u201cJacky Bulla\u201d butcher’s shop will show you its Simenthal meats, raised exclusively in the foothills of the Swiss Jura. As for our cheeses, they come from “Bruand”, specializing in fresh and artisanal products from small producers.<\/p>\n

Et pour terminer votre repas sur une note sucr\u00e9e sans culpabiliser, notre Chef a revisit\u00e9 cette saison certains de ses classiques sous une forme all\u00e9g\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
