Free Transport Card goes virtual<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Geneva Tourism has changed the Geneva Free transport card system. In the past you were offered a transport card upon check in in your hotel in Geneva.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As of 1st August 2022, the card is now sent virtually directly to you via email prior to your arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The system is automatic and will be sent to the email address you provided your hotel when you reserved accommodations. So it is best you provide them with a valid address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three days before arrival, you will receive an e-mail from the accommodation with an online form to fill in to receive your Geneva Transport Card. Don\u2019t forget to check your spam if you haven\u2019t received the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Worry about security and your information. Booking.com give you a unique and anonymous Booking alias. Reserve via Booking.com <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Should you have not received the card prior to travel or upon check in, check with your Hotel, they can help you get the virtual card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has been reported that certain OTA’s do not request or forward your email to the hotel you have booked with them<\/em>. We therefore recommend that you check with the hotel prior to arrival or upon check in should you have note received your virtual transport card<\/em>. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
